Village to Village Network
Provides the essential tools to enable community members to develop and sustain Aging-in-Place groups and creates opportunities for them to connect with resources, education and expertise.
Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services
Provides a comprehensive list of services and assistance for seniors, including referrals, special events and programmatic activities for older adult and those who care for them.
Westchester Library System
Offer educational seminars on Medicare, as well as individual counseling on Medicare and prescriptions through the Senior Benefits Individual Counseling Service. NY Connects
Provides information about long term services and supports in New York state for people of all ages or with any type of disability.
Boxwood Alliance
Provides information that is useful to older adults who live in the lower Hudson Valley of NY, their families and their caregivers. Their website provides connections to resources, tools, and research-based programs.
DOROT (Westchester)
A non-profit organization that works to alleviate social isolation and enhance the lives of older adults through a mutually beneficial partnership of older adults, volunteers and professionals. Learn more by accessing the website.
Live with Care
A guide for Westchester residents living with serious illnesses. They guide you through different stages of health from diagnosis to living with serious illness in various care settings and help you navigate the health care system.
Family Services of Westchester
Provides a continuum of care for the elderly, with a menu of options that support seniors and meet their special needs. Offers access to resources, quality care wherever needed and emotional support.
Westchester Jewish Community Services
One of the largest human service agencies in Westchester, providing care to people of all ages and diverse backgrounds through mental health, trauma, disabilities, youth, home care and geriatric services.
United Way’s 2-1-1
A free, confidential, multilingual information and referral helpline open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
